When you apply for a campaign, it means that:

• you have read the product description and you are aware of the type of product you are going to receive
• you have read the brief of the campaign
  Therefore, once the brand has accepted your application, it is no longer possible to cancel it.

Now, if you are stuck with a product you are not comfortable advertising to your community (because you had a bad skin reaction, because of the smell etc.), do not hesitate to get in touch with our team at support@capssion.com. We will work with you to find a solution.

Please note that as long as your application is pending for validation by the brand, you can cancel your it (and you will get your token back so that you can apply for another campaign).
