Your publication might have be reported for 2 reasons:

• because the brand is not satisfied with it and is not in line with the brief
• because it does not comply with the Capssion guidelines

Brand is not satisfied with your publication

If a brand is not satisfied with your publication, they can report it. The Capssion team will then have a look and will get in touch with you in order to clarify the matter. You might have to resubmit a new publication.

Your publication does not comply with the Capssion guidelines

If you don’t comply with the Capssion guidelines, your publication will be deleted from the Capssion platform as well. One of the most important guidelines is to keep your publication live on your feed for at least 30 days as it will allow both the brand and your viewers to see the content you have created.

Please note that after 2 deleted Publication for the same collaboration, your token will be expired, and you will lose it forever. After 3 expired tokens your Capssion account will be disabled.
