Capssion Code of Conduct
We will do our best to bring you the best brands available on the market and to help you connect with your community, but to make it happen, we have a few Guidelines that need to be respected.
Guideline 1: Maintain high standards on your Social Account
In order to be part of the #CapssionFamily, your social account
- must remain public and accessible to everyone
- must remain active and show consistent engagement
- must not infringe or violate any intellectual property right
Guideline 2: The Product should appear clearly in your publication
The product you have received through the Capssion Platform should appear clearly in your publication. Please follow as much as possible the brand’s guidelines, and mention the hashtags requested by the brand in the description and the URL link if requested.
We recommend that you include no more than:
- 3 Capssion products within the same Instagram post, and
- 1 Capssion product within an Instagram Story post.
Guideline 3: Submit your publication on time
After you have received your product, you have 14 days to submit your publication. If you fail to meet this deadline, you will lose a token. Please note that if you have lost all your tokens, we will have to deactivate your account. In the event of an emergency, please reach out to us and we will do our best to assist you.
Guideline 4: Keep your publication live for at least 30 days after
Your publication must be live for at least 30 days after you have published it. If you delete your publication within this period of time, your publication will be reported and you will have to publish a new publication within 7 days. If you don’t comply with this, you will lose your token.
Guideline 5: Product(s) received through Capssion are for personal use only
Products sent by brands through the Capssion Platform are strictly reserved for your personal use. You may not sell them, or use them for an unauthorized giveaway, and you may not give them to a third party until you have tested them and published your review.
