How to close your account?

We’re sad to see you go, but if you no longer want to use Capssion, you can permanently deactivate your account by sending us an email at support@capssion.com.

Before you send us your request, please note that after an account is deactivated, all your account data is removed from our system and can’t be recovered or restored. Be sure to back up your data.

It usually takes 5 business days for the Capssion team to deactivate your account. You will receive an email once it’s done.

Please note that when we remove your account, we’ll also remove any identifying information about you from our data. The history of your work with us will stay on file.
