Why was my account disabled?

The Capssion team can decide to deactivate your account for multiple reasons:
- Your social media accounts no longer match our eligibility criteria
- Your social media accounts have been changed to Private
- If you have lost all your tokens
Please remember that you lose a token when:
- you did not submit your Creation before the deadline
- your Creation was reported by a brand or flag by the Capssion team.
