Why was my account disabled?

The Capssion team can decide to deactivate your account for multiple reasons:

  • Your social media accounts no longer match our eligibility criteria
  • Your social media accounts have been changed to Private
  • If you have lost all your tokens

Please remember that you lose a token when:

  • you did not submit your Creation before the deadline
  • your Creation was reported by a brand or flag by the Capssion team.
